Refund Policy

At Caviar Market NYC, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at (929) 300-2849 or (917) 365-8190 within 24 hours of receiving your package to request a return authorization number. Returns without a return authorization number will not be accepted.

To ensure that our perishable products are properly handled during the return process, all products must be shipped back to us with FROZEN gel ice in an insulated shipping box via FedEx® Priority Overnight. We will coordinate a pickup for the return package. For a full refund less shipping and handling charges, the product must be received by us at or below 39 degrees in accordance with FDA regulations.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for any products that have been opened or consumed, as our products are perishable and cannot be resold.

We reserve the right to deny any returns that do not meet the above criteria. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product.
