    Caviar type refers to the specific sturgeon species from which the caviar is harvested, such as Beluga, Ossetra, and Sevruga. Each species offers unique flavors and textures.

    Orders placed before 12 PM EST will arrive the next day. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be shipped the next day and arrive the following day. Unless Saturday Shipping is chosen, orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Thursday will be shipped on Monday and arrive on Tuesday.

Since we do not use any preservatives or additives, the refrigerator shelf life of our caviar is approximately 7 days, whether opened or unopened. Once opened, we recommend consuming it as soon as possible for the best flavor.

  • Caviar is best enjoyed chilled and served on blinis, toast points, or with crème fraîche. Avoid using metal utensils as they can affect the flavor.
